happy new year.

it comes to the time of year where you start to conclude what you have done and begin to think what you going to do.

its the time of the year where you will decide you fail or excel in life for the past year.

and less than a day left in 2007, i shall start to do a summary of 2007.
so let me restory (i dont know if its a word or not) the whole of 2007.




January
the year started off with a last clubbing trip to St James Power Station with my army mates and i did had great time with them. I was unemployed, happy-go-lucky spirit, parents was at the holy land. and gosh, it was fun. well, for the first 16 days of January that is.

enlisted into the Police Force on 16.01.07 . The day is started a proper work, a lifetime career. and it was Police training over at HTA for the next 7 months. it suppose to be 6 but then you find out later why its 7.


yup. super formal right.


obviously is the month that i met up with new friends. and adapting from the tough army regime to the slightly more relax police 'chalet'. haha and how could i forget my beloved squad R1, the one i endure and had fun with for the rest of the 7th months

not forgetting old army friends who i met in HTA too. Faizan, now in the Prison Service, Faizal atan in ICA, many more in SCDF. haha. gosh. too many too mention. but it was nice that i kept bumping into them back in HTA. mini reunion.

anyway, january is the month that i got my bike too.


i so remember how horrible my bike looked like


Feb - March seem to be nothing for me. Normal trainings. Met up many more new friends. I think March was the month i changed my look of my bike.


so with the money i saved up. i did a make over for it




APRIL
this was somewhere around April. I was still having my Police basic trainig in HTA when one of the chief instructor there came to my squad and he announced that my squad will be part of the NDP this year.

but the sad news that the normal training that we have will be disrupted from NDP trainings and hence, training will be extended for another month or so. With that news, many of us started to be 'not-so-agree-ing' to the participating the NDP thing. Well, that was the reaction. but to me i was sooo darn excited about it. A childhood dream of being in the Guard of Honor in the NDP, coming true for me. And i know it was the same feeling that everyone has deep deep inside. just that they dont want to show it out.

so 4 months of training. from HTA to Nee Soon Camp to Marina Bay itself. thru all the sweat.

May and June was training still with NDP. nothing much happen though. my brother birthday was in june. celebrated it by going swensens. come to think about it, i now know the reason abt my brother being fat. haha.

July
My birthday month. ever since my life was dedicated to serving the nation since 2004, my birthday was spent while doing something for the nation. when i was in Army, my birthday was spent shooting live rounds at targets that i want. haha. any tragets! still cant forget the birthday treat my OC gave me.

and this year, it was the almost the same. well, i spent it over at Marina Bay shooting blanks during the feu de joir at my NDP rehearsal. hah. darn boring life i have.

August
National Day never been so meaningful to me. Thats because I was in the parade itself. haha. many of my family members saw me singing the national anthem. haha. so paisey. it was a great moment though. a childhood dream coming true for sure. i remembered being soo happy on parade. its for sure in my memory for my entire life. a great story to tell my grandchild.

I also bought my lappy. haha. yes. expensive but a good investment. haha. yesh yesh. i couldnt agree more. i been looking at people with laptops and i envy then for the convience and space saving the thing is.


nice right. jealous right?



and i change the look of my bike again! hahah and it has been the same ever since.


yup its going off soon



dont forget that i am suppose to pass out early this month. but luckily, somehow someway i passed out the same month but at the end of the month. haha.

September
was the month that i got posted to my police div and well, i been there ever since. yup2. and i nv seen singapore that normal singaporeans would. urgh. you wouldnt want to know actually.

October
i was posted my NPC permenantly and well, its been a great stressful place to work at. well, met new friends again. and everything was great with them actually. just that i got stress out many times at work.

November
Asean Summit. SUCKS. eat up time and everything that you used to do. but what cheered me up is that I start taking class 2A lessons. haha. yeah.

December
And its december.
the month that everyone is waiting for. The time where bonuses come, where money is spent, and great shopping extravaganza happens. and Of course, dont forget Xmas. haha.




and before i end off. HAPPY NEW YEAR. happy 2008 ok.

2008 New Year Resolution.
1) Pass my 2B police conversion
2) Pass my class 2A practical test
3) Get a new bike, probably a Super 4 Spec III
4) Own a shared car with my dad.
5) Be single.
6) Be a better guy
7) Be better at work
8) Be happy


i guess thats it though. for now. but i just hope that its not a sad one. i just soo hope.
